The interview process in my experience was two to three rounds, largely comprised of informal conversations with potential colleagues at various levels. It seemed clear that I had the job from the second round, and the third round was an additional opportunity to meet senior members of the division

Usually 2 rounds of interviews: First round consists of 2 interviews (one with a senior business analyst and another one with an engagement manager). the second round also has 2 interviews (principle and partner interviews) but if you do exceptionally well in the first interview of the first round, you get moved up to the second round immediately.
