Process was efficient and clear. Communication with recruiter was helpful.

Common behavioral questions eg. Tell me about a time you faced conflict, how did you handle it.
Tell me about a project you took leadership of, how did it go? How did you ensure success.
It was a video interview where they asked me about why I want to work at FTI and the position itself, and why I think I could do a good job. Straightforward questions, nothing particularly challenging however impersonal since just talking into computer.

Two interviews. Behavioral both 30 minutes with two interviewers. Asked about why FTI why consulting why strategic comms and why the specific team you’re applying for. Even though one was first round and one was second round they both felt very similar.
