1st interview with the HR personnel. Asking question like what was your course of studies, which subjects you like and the reason, when can you start working, your expected salary, etc just some common and easy questions. Then, 2nd interview with the marketing manager on the same day. Will ask you to perform some tests on excel just to test whether you are familiar with excel (summing up the amount, average, etc-something regarding about the calculation formulae, just a basic one, not more than 5 mins i thought). Then, started asking questions.

Easy, smooth sailing. Straight to the point interview. The interview was a virtual one, and 3 interviewers were there. Everyone is professional and ask questions that were simple but profound, they want to know what you can offer them.

Interviewed by 2 senior executives. Questions asked were pretty basic (strengths/weaknesss/ past experiences/ leadership style) but interviewers kept drilling for deeper answers and elaboration. Interviewers were not exactly friendly either, which makes the entire atmosphere rather tense.
