I must say it was the best interview process I have got so far. The recruiter reached out after I applied online. She was very informative and notified me on what would be the next stage. I was interviewed by the hiring manager, who was very kind & patient. The questions were basic to try to understand my experience, skills, and what values I could bring. It felt like a discussion of getting to know each other rather than a test, which I personally think is what an interview should be. One week after the interview, the recruiter emailed me feedback of the interview and that I will not continue further, which again was something I really appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience, and kudos to the Fujifilm team for making a candidate feel good no matter what the result is :)
