The interview consisted of basic programming questions and a discussion about personal programming projects that I have worked on. The entire process consisted of applying online, setting up an in person interview, and then being offered the position. The interview itself was myself being interviewed by three employees. Each employee was part of a different team at the company, and each asked questions that were related to their team. They were interested the most in discussing personal projects that I had listed on my resume. The projects helped steer the conversation to include design decisions I made, problems I ran into, and solutions to them.
