First was a phone interview with the office director and then an in person interview with the clinical director. Both were an overall conversation about myself, past experiences. Both phone and in person interview took a decent amount of time to discuss company values and history.

Are you aware of our core values? Went through every single core value and described what it means and how it aligned to my own values.
10-15 minute phone screen- I was asked why I am changing jobs. I was then asked to explain how I would approach an example patient scenario. After passing the initial phone screen, I had an in office interview.
Very flexible and attentive to individual needs and requests for benefits, on top of providing a competitive starting pay for the area. Seems like a great employer with lots of opportunities to grow!
