I applied online. I interviewed at Fabric (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jul 2020
Interview
The overall interview experience was good. I really enjoyed meeting the HR & ops team during each stage of the interview. People were laid back, friendly, and asked challenging q's called for critical thinking.
The interview process had about 5 stages and lasted about 1 - 2 months. One stage included a take home assignment that helped me understand a bit more about the business and operations.
The process was not as smooth as I am used too. There were multiple points of contact and it was not much communications between interview stages. This make be typically of a quickly growing company of this size.

Overall the process was fairly long, but that was compounded due to Covid changes (virtual interviews) and the holiday period. Overall I was supported throughout the entire process by multiple team members from HR. Great communication throughout. Expectations were laid out clearly. Interviewers were receptive to my questions and answered as candidly as could be expected (to my knowledge). Offer was competitive and benefits met my expectations after some clarifying questions.
