Interview with Global Recruiter 7. Site Visit/Day in the Life (30 min. in person) 8. References Check 9. Offer Call with Head of Talent Acq. 10. Follow up with Head of Talent Acq. (answering questions about offer) 11. 2nd follow up with Head of Talent Acq. (answering questions about offer, after internal discussion) Overall the process was fairly long, but that was compounded due to Covid changes (virtual interviews) and the holiday period. Overall I was supported throughout the entire process by multiple team members from HR. Great communication throughout. Expectations were laid out clearly. Interviewers were receptive to my questions and answered as candidly as could be expected (to my knowledge). Offer was competitive and benefits met my expectations after some clarifying questions.
