The process was the following: 1) HR screening interview 2) Phone interview with hiring manager 3) Onsite visit and interview with hiring manager 4) HR interview 5) HR & hiring manager interview 6) Offer made + discussion of offer with head of HR They do a thorough reference check, which was actually appreciated.
