Great experience overall. After applying for the job, an HR representative contacted me to schedule an initial phone interview. He was very professional, transparent and gave great insight on the job and the skillset they were looking for to fit the role. After that, I had another phone interview with the service engineering manager who explained the position to me more in-depth and wanting to know how my background would fit the role. I was than invited to in-person interview to visit the fulfillment center and see the job first at hand. About a week later, was offered the job and accepted!
