Easy interview process, they asked about my experiences and put me into multiple locations that I could work under. they introduced me to the managers and supervisors. They then discussed benefits for being hired full time and the schedule/ shift that I would be placed in if I were to accept the job. They gave me a small tour of the facility and I was a bit overwhelmed because I had zero background in manufacturing.
