I applied online. I interviewed at FactSet (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online, was invited to do tests. Numerical test is super easy and requires only basic mathematical concepts - percentages, algebra, ratios. Financial Markets test requires some knowledge about different stock exchanges (HINT: CAC is located in France), Economics and accounting (know what appears on each financial statement).
Next stage was a video interview on FactSet's own platform. Mine lasted roughly 45 minutes, don't know if this is representative. Huge emphasis on the difference between IM and IB, as well what differentiates them from their main competitors (e.g. Bloomberg).
Was invited to AC in London afterward with around 11 other applicants. The morning consisted of a Microteach session and a group project. Microteach can be on any topic you want so make it interactive and engaging. Group project involves assigning priority to a list of tasks.
Lunch was provided around midday and then recruiters announced who had made it to the final interview stage.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FactSet (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Standard online tests but with some brain teaser questions. Prompt invitation to a live video interview. Asked general competency questions and a lot of business specific questions. Questions were quite in depth. Make sure you know what the consultants do and what FactSet provides information about - e.g what types of clients, difference between types of investment/asset management.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FactSet (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
Had interview over the Internet for the London office. Used factset to prepare so the questions are all already mentioned. Interview lasted for 30mins. Started off with questions about me and things on my cv then moved on to the questions about factset itself. I prepared with questions from glass door and it was all fine.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FactSet
Interview
The day started by going out to lunch with two young FactSet Consultants. Following lunch, we returned to the office. We were given a demo of the software and we were then interviewed by four of the FactSet managers. Each manager had their own set of questions. During one of the interviews we were asked to complete a brain teaser quiz.
