Interview
At first there was an online test as am from selenium background it looked awkward most of the questions are based on selenium rc don't know who are using that now a days, anyhow luckily I cleared it after that a technical round taken by one of the qa lead mostly he asked manual qa concepts and basic selenium coding cleared that too,but in managerial round QA manager came and she asked about the architecture of project which I did somehow I managed that and she asked you just had 4mnths of experience only with current organisation, why you want to switch I replied the work they are giving not at all technical either am getting domain stuff or techincal stuff so I want to but she is not ok with my answer ,they said you can leave for the day it looked awkward for me is that a proper reason to reject a candidate.
