No-show from the company's side!
I got contacted by a team lead offering an interview. I connect to the call on the agreed time, the person in question does not show up. I text them and get referred to another person since the previous one is busy... This other person never shows up either, and the next day they apologize and ask to provide more time slots. I do so the same day but there has been no follow-up from them ever since (1,5 weeks have passed).
This left me quite surprised and disappointment, especially taking Factorial's reputation into consideration.
