I had 3 calls and a task. The first one was with the HR, the was so polite and kind I really enjoyed talking with her. The second one was with a team leader, he was really annoying, he acted like so condescending that make everything very awkward. Then he asked me to deliver a task, just an excel and a stupid brain map. Finally I had the interview again with the team leader a his manager, this time he acted nice, obviously there was his boss; the problem was her, she talked so fast and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. If you apply for a operational role hope you don’t find this two employees.
