Pessimo. Una recruiter che faceva domande assurde tipo “perché non dovremmo assumerti?”. Mi é sembrato il classico colloquio tenuto da persone che cercano di mettere in difficoltà i candidati senza un reale interesse nel capire chi hanno di fronte. 0 domande riguardo le mie esperienze lavorative e le mie competenze, solo domande trabocchetto. Inoltre, non ho ricevuto alcun feedback, sinonimo di maleducazione e poco rispetto nei confronti di chi ci mette tempo e impegno.

First, they ask for a video of the candidate a small introduction about your career goals and why you want to work with them etc, but they never get back to you, even if you weren't a good fit they do not contact you and make you wait for an answer whether is continue the process or moving forward. I personally think this is not the way to treat your candidates when they took their time to deliver a tailored answer, sending more than a CV a personal video of themselves explaining why they want to be part of your team. This is not professional, even worse coming from a startup focused in human capital, Im sorry but their services are questionable if they treat candidates this way.
