The recruiter who contacted me initially didn't take the time to assessed my profile properly. He would not start by doing a quick presentation on the company or position but to asked me to present myself not professionally but personally (in order to collect different intel) When we finally got to the professional part, he didn't know what basic job descriptions for a SaaS company. I could go into more details but not worthy. We both agreed that we were not matching. My general feeling about the company was not the best, not very professional approach.
