I had a nice first interview with the HR representative, After, I was supposed to see the hiring manager, but found myself in front of 2 people (I wasn't informed). The overall process was ok, even though there was a lack of information. But the screening part wasn't done correctly, during the second interview I was told that they are looking for someone with a mandatory sales experience, which I don't have, and it seems that the HR wasn't aware either . It's a shame, it was a waste of time on both sides.
