(En mi caso, la primera entrevista prevista con HR finalmente no se realizó). Caso práctico: te presentan un caso real para resolver con una propuesta de diseño. Presentación final: exposición del caso ante el equipo directivo y entrevista con los directores.

Me tomo entrevista la de RH, sin ningún problema. Pero luego de la segunda, estuve como dos semanas sin respuesta hasta que me dijeron que avanzaban con otra persona, si yo no mandaba mail no me mandaban nada,

The process was divided into different stages, as is typical. These included an introduction, a use case presentation, a design challenge, and a cultural fit interview (though I may be forgetting something). Overall, I didn't have a negative experience with the people involved in my interviews. However, I found the challenge to be quite problematic. It was officially stated to be an 8-hour task, but in reality, it took me double that time. Be prepared to spend an entire week designing something for them, only to receive feedback 15 days later in the form of a very generic message. Having to reach out to the team after 15 days to inquire about the status is not pleasant. After investing so much time in the challenge, receiving a vague response stating that "we realized we are looking for another type of profile" is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for my time and effort. I feel that this process caused me to lose a lot of valuable time. It’s not about not being hired; it’s about the high expectations on their side and their lack of responsibility when it comes to providing timely and constructive feedback.
