Participé en un proceso de selección para Factorial que, tras dos entrevistas, avanzó a la fase de prueba. Invertí tiempo y esfuerzo en desarrollar la prueba, solo para que, un día antes de entregarla, me informaran que el puesto quedaba paralizado por problemas de organización. Lo más sorprendente es que no ofrecieron más explicaciones y, al cabo del tiempo, volvieron a abrir el proceso. Sé de buena mano que a otras personas cercanas les ha ocurrido lo mismo, lo que sugiere que es una práctica habitual en la empresa. Resulta irónico que una empresa que busca revolucionar el área de recursos humanos no aplique estos mismos principios en sus propios procesos internos. Esto genera desconfianza y da la impresión de una falta de organización y respeto por el tiempo de los candidatos.

Complete disaster and huge investment of time. I'm very upset and disappointed with this company's process. After passing two 1:1 interviews, I was given an assessment. This, by the way, was in the middle of Christmas dates, receiving the brief on Dec 20th, to present on Jan 3rd. The brief said you were supposed to allocate 8 hours to the challenge but this wasn't realistic at all with the request of the assessment, which involved many more hours than that. I presented the assessment on a group call with two members of the team and was told that I would hear from them within the next ten days. After 3 weeks of silence I eventually asked how the selection process was going and after a day and a half I was told that the process had eventually been cancelled and they were no longer going to fulfill this position. At that stage of the process, when you've invested a total amount of about 15 hours in the selection process, its completely unprofessional how this company disappeared and didn't manage things at all.
