Interview
They didn't disclose the full process as some companies do. They just asked for each interview as they came. In my opinion for a HR tool, the process could be much clearer and they questions could have been made more appropriate for the role. I think they are still trying to work out what they are looking for.

Question 1
Most of there questions were based around what I did in one role. They didn't ask any how would you approach this situation questions, or how would you tackle this issue. It seemed as though they didn't know what they were looking for entirely.
