Interview
Multiple interviews with the person that would act as Manager. It seemed they had a specific idea in mind and we had to go through multiple conversations that lasted up to 2 hours and ended up not working out in the end.
It was clearly not a great fit, so I could have saved a lot of time during the process. Positively I can say that conversation were nice and not dreadful, I still wouldn't recommend the process to anyone, I was not very structured or purposeful.

Interview
The organisation of the interview with HR was hectic, but overall friendly, transparent and giving a lot of information on the company. For example, it was clear that they didn't actually know what to do with the role because the reporting lines would be murky. It felt though like there was little interest in my experience, which makes me think it was just a "check" interview.
