Phone Screener followed by in-person callback. Really nice and interesting people . HR is slow and has average to below average communication. Changed my interview schedule one hour before interview. Canned rejection e-mail after callback from someone I never communicated with left a sour taste in my mouth. If you bring someone back for a callback interview and decide not to move forward, at least have the communication come from someone they have interacted with. This made me feel like my time was not valued.

The interview process included a screening interview followed by a multi-interview call-back. The interviews themselves were rather informal, and the interviewers were for the most part very warm and personable. The only con was the responsiveness post-interview.
