It was a three-part process. Phone screen with Hr, then a first-round in-person interview followed by a second. Thoroughly enjoyed both in-person interviews, and the people who I interviewed with are very passionate about what they do and it really shows that they are commited to their work and company culture. The only downside is that it took them 5 weeks to give the me the decision after being very responsive, HR didn't respond to a single follow up I sent; I had to contact the recruiter I spoke with for the phone interview.
