I met with multiple attorneys for about an hour and a half. They asked me questions about my experience and why I chose to apply to their firm. Additionally, they gave me a tour of the office.

Three interviews with two people each time. Mix of partners and associates. This was conducted on zoom and talked to the recruitment head beforehand for 15 minutes. The conversations were very question based. Not a lot of behavior questions. Asked a bunch about the resume .
The interview process began with summer OCIs. I met with 4 groups of two attorneys from various offices and had an opportunity to discuss the job with them. The interviewers spent the first 15-20 minutes asking me questions, and left time for me to ask questions about practicing law or the program itself.
