Multiple rounds of interviews with numerous people at the firm. This was a long drawn out process just to get rejected at the end. A tremendous amount of work expected from only 1 paralegal. They seemed very picky and kept making comparisons to the old paralegal who had just left the firm.

How much do you know about....certain area of law
They gave me a 45 min writing on immigration issue. Not to mention that you are already stressed about the interview itself and now you have to stress about the writing part too. Then you have to talk to HR for about 45 minutes. Then you finally get to talk to attorneys, I had three of them interviewing me for another 30-40 minutes. Very -very exhausting.

Very informal and unprofessional experience. We were interrupted by current employees and attorneys popping their heads with casual banter. First red flag of the unprofessional environment and things to come!

I do not recall exactly. Simply not a memorable experience. Too many interruptions by personnel that the questions had to be repeated in order to retain the nature of the queries. I felt as if some questions were also inappropriate and delving into my personal life and, at this point, I resorted to just saying what I thought the interviewer in order to move on.
