Got a call from a recruiter asking very strange questions about pervious dates of employment and school. What specific day coming and going, going round and round on why I would make the choices about previous employment, school and training. It was very intrusive and unnecessary but whatever, I hung up, shuttered and moved on.

Almost every question asked was strange and intrusive, not professional at all. Seemed more like a background check for a federal job.
