Phone interview followed by an onsite interview with the chain-of-command (in my case, it was my supervisor, her supervisor, and the department head, followed by the talent acquisition manager). Very conversational -- folks were focused on getting to know me in addition to asking about my abilities and desires. Office vibe and candidate experience were one-of-a-kind! I felt like I was visiting an office of friends. I'd happily do this again!
