I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fair (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online and six days later a recruiter reached out to schedule a pre-screen phone interview. The recruiter was well-informed about the role and requirements, described the company's needs, and also advised that their were other candidates in the pipeline as well, which was transparent and refreshing. About a week later, I sent a follow-up email to confirm my status as a candidate, a few days later advising that they were pursuing other candidates.
Fair was indeed fair in this process.
