The conversation in this interview was around space and time complexities while solving a problem that is probably part of one of the coding websites. Nothing related to the job description or previous experiences. Additionally, I was asked about my experience with the GUI feature of a mature asynchronous processing library. In the end, there was the vague conversation about how scaling is really important to the company but no follow-up questions about the common bottle-necks/approaches used to solve this problem. No follow-up after the call. To get past the coderpad round, spend a couple of weeks on the coding sites. Make sure to note down the space and time complexities. No questions related to your experience or real-world scenarios will be asked.
