      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fair in Jan 2022

      Interview

Went through multiply rounds of interviews, total 5 interviews about an hour each. It doesn’t mean I have to be employed, but at least get an email/feedback from recruiter. Nope, nothing. 2 weeks after interview I sent an email to recruiter if there are any updates, 2 days later she sent auto-reply that they decided not to move forward. Ok, that’s fine, but why you guys not following up with candidates and not keeping them updated? That’s simple human respect. This company doesn’t respect candidates who spent time for the interviews , preparing etc.

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fair

      Interview

Never again will I jump through hoops for any employer. SAVE YOUR BREATH 15min interview with HR Coding exercise 1HR interview with Lead QA Person 1HR Interview for cultural fit 30min panel pre interview 4HR Panel Interview All this for a strictly manual QA position when I have 10 years+ of leading teams, building automation framework and manual testing. This was the first time I decided to put up with a companies hiring process in a very long time just to see what was going on. I usually immediately reject companies with pompous hiring practices as they usually turn out to be a nightmare to work with and for. Truly disgusting to waste a persons time.
