Interview
Extremely unorganized process - went through at least 6 interviews until I stopped following up. 3 of the interviews were "values based" and 3 different people asked me the same set of questions. Doesn't seem as though any of them were sharing notes or they would have realized I had already completed this interview segment. I would follow up 1-2 weeks after an interview, and they would respond with a callback for another interview until I finally accepted a different position and stopped reaching out. Never heard anything back.
