Interview
I applied online. Then was invited to a job fair. At the job fair, I was assigned to interview with a principal, and the principal extended an early offer as well as an actual offer from her school. I declined that offer but continued to apply online. Accepted the early contract and then emailed my resume to a couple of schools. Interviewed at one place with a panel of teachers, then was invited back to do a demo lesson. Then they checked my references before extending me an offer.
