Covid period. Virtual with admin team and special ed teacher. Mostly how can we trust you around our kids. How can you help us and are you dependable. Interviewers are kind and give you the opportunity to put yourself in the best position.
I first spoke with someone in the front office. I then had a call with the Principal where we talked about the role and how my skills matched up. The process was very straightforward and they communicated well with me.
