i went to a job fair organized by the district- schools hiring can show up and do on the spot interviews. These interviews tend to be screeners but on occasion the person may call in another admin and have them ask some more in depth questions or may ask to do an on site or virtual with team members.

how do you address the various needs of students in your classroom?
The process was easy to process I met with one / of the Assistant Principals. The process with HR was clear and communication was easy. The whole hiring process was great.
