I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Family First Life (Hesperia, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
15 minute conversation about goals, mentality, and ability. I was asked whether or not I had ever sold insurance before. I was asked whether or not I believed in success. They were looking for competitive individuals who wanted to compete with myself as wel as other agents.
Easy. Felt like a scam. Did not ask any personal questions. Did not care about prior experience. Did not care about anything other than getting me to sign up for exam.

Question 1
They didn’t ask questions. Just listed requirements.
They were informative, excited, and allowed me to question the CEO himself about the process. I explained my alternative offers with a similar group. He then offered me a 35% higher commission rate, along with a package of free leads to help me get started. The company competing for my services was symmetry financial.
The interview was over the phone, and the person I spoke with was very professional, and extremely polite. An overall great experience, and I would definitely recommend people at least try looking into this company.
