I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FanDuel (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Initially the recruiter reached out to schedule 15 min intro call where he went over the position, non-technical. Next we set up a “technical interview” with someone on the software engineering team. Going into it i was expecting a coding style interview as that was what was stated in the email but instead it was an interview with the hiring manager where he asked me some technical questions for 40 mins, no coding at all. Kind of caught me off guard as this wasn’t what I was expecting. I got an email a week later that I was not chosen to move forward with the interview process. Seems they were looking for someone with more experience even though the job posting didn’t specify any specific YoE required.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at FanDuel (New York, NY)
Interview
Very straightforward interview process. Typical algorithm technical assessment and verbal assessment. Three-round interview(might have changed). Study hard and prepare before and if its somewhere you'd like to work then don't overthink the process.
Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.
1 hour initial interview going over experience and the role itself with someone from the recruitment team. After that another 1 hour interview getting asked more culture and technical questions with an engineer.
