So I received an email from the recruiter asking for my availability. A phone screen was set up for the following week. Everything seemed to go well and he gave a thorough description of the company and responsibilities of the role. He advised he was going to send me an email for my availability as he wanted to connect me with the hiring manager. NEVER heard anything back after that and that type of unprofessional behavior leaves a horrible taste in my mouth so I wasn't inclined to reach out and beg them for an interview after they went silent. I had read the reviews on Glassdoor prior to speaking to the recruiter and can 100% say ghosting is the norm with this company. I couldn't imagine working for a company like this.
