Phone screen with HR was standard. Asked about expected salary right off the bat. Followed by in person interview. Met with a panel of 3 team members separately. They wanted someone to work full time office hours and still be available nights and weekends and no option to work from home. They were looking for someone who wanted to stay in the same position for more than 6 years. The manager for the position was hard to read.
