Really strange interview process. I applied to the role online, and didn't hear from a recruiter for 3 weeks. We scheduled a intro phone call during which she only asked me to tell her about my two previous jobs and then what my target compensation was. The number I gave her was apparently too high, and she didn't even ask if I was flexible. She didn't tell me anything about the company or position, nor did she ask if I had any questions. Based on some of the other reviews here, it sounds like the company has a serious HR problem. If they can't get the basics right, it's probably an indication of this company's poor culture
