Overall, it was a very professional and in depth process that includes personality assessments as well as in person meetings getting to know the position, team, and support available for the role.

I began with an in person interview, where we talked about what it's like to be an agent for FBFS. Then I was sent home with a packet of information. Two things I had to do were their "Project 150" where I find 150 people I know and put in different factors which give me a number of how "easy" it would be to sell to them. Then I also had to fill out 10 Market Research Surveys, where you had to ask them 10 questions about their current insurance coverage and if they would want t discuss their insurance options with me if I was hired. The second interview date came and the hiring manager had to reschedule because she had a home office meeting scheduled 4 hours away. The rescheduling never happened, instead I was given a series of questions that I had to answer which will be below. I spent a few hours working on these question and sent them back to the hiring manager. To wait two weeks before hearing anything from her. She then sent me instructions for taking the pre-licensing course, but gave me no information on what I was suppose to do exactly. I was then contacted by her assistant to get an account started with Examfx. I then emailed the hiring manager a few times asking what I needed to do, but I still have not heard anything back about three weeks later.
