Started with a basic 20 minute phone interview with HR. One week later I came to one of their offices to do an interview with the manager and the team lead. Two weeks later I came into their office again and interviewed with the same two people plus two other members on the team. Both of those interviews were very relaxed. I was told that I was a top candidate of 5 and that I would hear a decision within 10 days. Well, 10 days rolled around and I sent the manager a message asking for a status update. They later told me that they had a few internal candidates they had to interview and I wouldn't hear back for another two weeks. After a week and a half they told me they gave it to an internal candidate. This entire process took 6 weeks just for them to waste the time of the other candidates and myself. Absolutely ridiculous.
