Farm Credit Financial Partners (FPI) Associate Business Analyst interview questions

I had one in-person interview. First I met two people in upper management - one from Tech and one from Customer Service. They were both friendly and easy to talk to. They spoke with me about my resume and experiences at previous jobs, partially what they found valuable and partially what they found interesting. They also explained about their departments. After that, I met with the CEO Tom Moran. He was a bit intimidating, but also friendly. His questions were a bit more abstract, but I think he was looking more for information about my character. I enjoyed speaking with him about sports and his family (he's a big family man.) He hired me one the spot, which surprised me. The interview was nerve-wracking as always, but also kind of fun. The people there were really nice and the environment seemed relaxed, but productive. I would've liked to work there, but already have an itch to get out of the area, so I declined. Also the pay left a little something to be desired, but it's a pretty small company so I'm not too surprised.
