I was contacted via phone after submitting my application. I came in for a one on one and took a skills test for excel and then was asked to make a spreadsheet more appealing. I was asked to come back for a second interview with the executives I would be assisting. The second interview was set for aprox one week out. I returned and interviewed with two executives and was made an offer on the spot which I happily accepted. I received a written offer 2 business days later.
