First I was contacted by a member of the HR team via email inviting me for a phone interview. She was knowledgeable, asked your typical questions, and very easy to talk to. I followed up the following business day and was asked about availability for an interview with the hiring manager via Zoom. The hiring manager was very friendly, personable, and made the whole interview very comfortable. We went over basic job duties and what to expect and she asked about specific experiences. Again, I followed up after the interview. I waited about a week and a half to send a follow up to both - last I spoke to them, they said it would be about a week or so. The lady from HR responded promptly and thanked me for my interest and while my skills would be valued, another candidate fit the bill a bit better. It wasn’t a generic response and very appreciated. I will definitely be on the lookout for more job opportunities with this company.
