In the telephonic interview they ask about your cv and some basic DSA, which include some time complexity questions. First round you will have a interview telephonic interview followed by an online video call one .The is for freshers

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FarmWise in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was absolutely painful. Having met with 8 different employees, flying for eight hours for an in person interview, only to have them pass and subsequently bought out. A complete waste of time. Cool product though.
The process starts with a 30 mins Recruiter call, followed by 1 hr interview with the hiring manager. Then a take home.
Finally the onsite which usually has 6 rounds of 45 mins interviews with a lunch break inbetween.
