I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (North Birmingham, AL) in Jul 2018
Interview
A complete joke and waste of 2 months being ran around and completely misled, all the while losing another job in pursuit of what was initially presented as a great opportunity. Numbers were not accurately disclosed on a book of business I was presented to buy into, and had a proceeded, I would have ended up a statistic along with the other horror stories online about Farmers. The recruiters are total idiots and scam artists.

Straight forward. I was already an agent at the time and was interested in the switch. Farmers was easy with onboarding and getting set up on their system. I have enjoyed their products and service

Question 1
What kind of experience I had and what sales techniques I use.

The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
