I applied online. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a very long and intense interview. I had to take multiple tests online and interview with multiple people via phone and in person. I learned on the last stage of the interview that I would have to work holidays and weekends if I got chosen for the position. I was also told that I would have to be in training for an extended period of time. Overall I felt the interview was a little much for the level of job I was applying for.

Great interview but friendly staff. I got the job and training has been great so far. Still learning alot it is not as easy as it seems. But the training is very good and we learn something new everyday.
Good experience -interview was difficult but they allowed plenty of time to get questions and nerves out , not your average interview questions are intensive so be prepared to be thrown curve balls
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Jun 2025
Interview
This company is notorious for putting you through the whole process and then pulling away last minute. Claims they only needed one interview, however they lied and brought me back in for another interview. Unprofessional and ultimately went with someone is fluent in being bilingual. If that is what you need then be transparent from the beginning.
