Applied online through companies website. About 1 week later a recruiter called/emailed me and did a basic over the phone screening/interview. The recruiter will coordinate with the hiring manager to set up in-person interview. In-person interview was about a week and a half after initial contact. I received a job offer about two weeks after in-person interview.

Behavioral based interview - they want very detailed, specific responses on specific scenarios involving customer service. I found it a little intimidating as three people are doing the interview, they are all writing as you are speaking.
