I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Woods Cross, UT) in Oct 2019
Interview
Submitted a resume and received a call back within a couple of days to set up an interview. Very laid back, the district manager didn’t even look at my resume and it went well he then told me it that I got the job and it was up to me if I wanted to pursue it

Question 1
What kind of experience I had and what sales techniques I use.
Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
