Interview
The recruiter called the morning after submitted my resume and we set up an interview within three days. The interview was pleasant and he was very nice, however, what it continually referred to a subsidy is really a loan. If you fail to meet your goals for a quarter they start having you pay back your subsity.

There weren't any questions, we chatted a bit, he asked me to fill out an application, complete with a complete financial statement.

Interview
Straight forward. I was already an agent at the time and was interested in the switch. Farmers was easy with onboarding and getting set up on their system. I have enjoyed their products and service

What kind of experience I had and what sales techniques I use.
Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
